The stone that crashed into the kneecap was not moving

Was an exhibiton that took place at Xero, Kline and Coma, the gallery run by artist Pil and Galia Kollectiv in Hackeny, London. The show consisted of a stripped bare bike frame secured to a railing, four potographs of cyclists damaged legs taken from thier own instagram pages overlaid with colour fades that referenced the aesthetics of 1990’s cycling culture and three new texts. These texts form the basis of a performance in which the artist ritually shaved his legs while reading the texts during the opening event on 09/11/2019.
